How do I watch this livestream? The livestream video will automatically start playing at 2.00 pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 20 February 2024.

Can I watch this meeting from my back office PC? No, you will not be able to view the livestream video from your back office PC because the technology isn’t compatible.

How can I join the meeting? You can join from any mobile device, laptop, surface pro, or PC (but not a back office PC in a store). For the best viewing experience, we recommend joining the meeting via Google Chrome. If you can access a YouTube video on your device/computer, you should have no problem viewing the livestream.

Can I join the meeting from an iPad, tablet or mobile phone? Yes. To view the livestream video your device will need to have a browser installed as a minimum.

What are the minimum software requirements on my iPad, tablet or mobile phone? The video will be livestreamed so we recommend updating the software on your device to the most current version available to maximise your viewing experience. If your device cannot be updated with the latest software you may not be able to view the livestream video.

Do I need to download anything to view the livestream? No, the video will play automatically in your browser if you are connected to a proper broadband network. It will also work in all HTML5 enabled mobile browsers.

Will I be able to ask questions during the meeting? Yes, we encourage you to be curious and ask questions. When the livestream starts you can submit questions in the Future Fit Q&A channel in WorkJam.

Can I share the meeting link with members of my team? No, the meeting invite is for 7-Eleven franchise partners and corporate store leaders only.

I can’t attend the meeting on the day, will information be available afterwards? Yes, a recording will be made available a few days after the meeting.
