Ricky Kremer
Ricky is the Lived Experience Inclusion Lead at the National Centre of Excellence in Intellectual Disability Health. His job is to improve inclusive practices at the Centre and in health care. Ricky is a leader and mentor for people with intellectual disability at the Centre.

Ricky has worked on projects at Council for Intellectual Disability, he is proud of the work his team did for the My Rights Matter project. Supported decision making is an area that Ricky is passionate about. He gave recommendations to the Disability Royal Commission about encouraging supported decision making.

Ricky has run workshops and loves to hear directly from people with disability. Working with Bus Stop Films was a highlight, as people with disability were leading the film making. Making sure that everyone is able to have a go at the things they are interested in is important to Ricky.
